Booking Enquiry

We are delighted that you are either thinking of travelling with us or making a booking enquiry. This page provides guidance on how to secure your place. We regret that at present it is not possible either to book or make payment online.

The website provides an indication of places available for specific tours. If it is described as FULL, please contact our office as we can add you to the reserve list for the tour - cancellations do occur and it is possible that you will be able to join your preferred tour.  

Provisional bookings may be made in several ways:

  • by completing the web form at the bottom of this page
  • by contacting us by telephoning +44 (0) 1869 811167
  • or by sending an email to info@ciceroni.co.uk.

All provisional bookings once confirmed by us must be followed up with a completed booking form and deposit within 14 days of reserving your place(s).

To confirm a booking please download, complete and return this Booking Form, with the appropriate non-refundable deposit. Please ensure that you read and accept the Booking Terms & Conditions before sending in the form.  You will then be sent an acknowledgment of your confirmed booking, including a Confirmation Invoice and ATOL Certificate (if applicable) Your balance is payable 60 days before departure.

Please note that whilst this site may indicate availability, places can only be confirmed once we know your requirements.
